The award-winning production of Dickens’ timeless Christmas tale is back.

That’s right – A Christmas Carol will be running right up until Christmas Eve and is simply the perfect Christmas show for all the family (children aged over 8).

The TEN Tenors Brisbane – Home for Christmas

Love The TEN Tenors? Then don’t miss them in Brisbane with their brand-new Christmas show.

The TEN Tenors and Christmas go together like sipping coffee in front of a fireplace. And this year, the charming ten-piece will deliver the Christmas cheer with a full evening of nothing but your favourite carols and hits.

Catch The TEN Tenors Home for Christmas at QPAC on December 12, performing matinee and evening performances.

The Nutcracker Brisbane

It wouldn't be Christmas without The Nutcracker. And the ever-renowned Queensland Ballet is back to deliver another show-stopping seasonal run of the famous Tchaikovsky ballet.

With nimble feet, magical set design and some of the most dazzling costumes to appear on stage, Queensland Ballet bring The Nutcracker to life like no other ballet group in Australia.

For ballet lovers, it’s not to be missed at Queensland Performing Arts Centre from December 16 to December 23.

QPAC Spirit of Christmas 2021

Celebrating its 37th year!

Spirit of Christmas is QPAC’s longest-running show – a Christmas singalong featuring a full orchestra with special guest singers performing the most timeless Christmas songs and carols on a fully decorated stage.

Simply put, it's a magical evening that delivers one of the best Christmas experiences in Brisbane.

Book in advance (as it’s always a sellout) for December 17 or December 18.

New Year’s Eve Brisbane 2021/2022

New Year’s Eve is just as exciting as Christmas, and Brisbane never fails to put on a show.

As usual, expect a world-class firework display above the Brisbane River around 8 pm and at the stroke of midnight. Just make sure to arrive early to get the best view!

Vantage points for the Brisbane NYE fireworks include South Bank, Kangaroo Point Cliffs Park, Brisbane City Botanic Gardens and even Story Bridge and The Wheel of Brisbane. In general, try to get as close to the Brisbane River as possible.
